1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and pphsky ("pphsky," "the Platform," "We," "Us," "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at pphsky.cam, including all associated games, features, services, promotions, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing pphsky.cam, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any component of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies published on pphsky.cam, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to pphsky's real-money gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR-aligned regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties for the purpose of gambling.
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion list, or any pphsky internal exclusion database.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any such person employed by pphsky or its affiliated service providers.

Age Verification Process

pphsky is required to verify the age and identity of all players before processing any deposits or withdrawals. During the verification process, pphsky may request:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance dated within the last three months);
• A live selfie or video verification to confirm identity against the submitted documentation.

Failure to complete age and identity verification within the timeframe requested by pphsky will result in suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed. pphsky reserves the right to void any winnings generated during a period in which verification has not been completed if it is subsequently determined that the player was ineligible to use the Services.

3. Account Registration

To access the real-money gaming features of pphsky, you must register a personal account ("Account"). By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current, and that you will update your account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active Account on pphsky. Multiple accounts held by the same person, whether registered under the same or different details, are strictly prohibited. If pphsky identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, all bonuses associated with those accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts may be voided at pphsky's sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pphsky will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to secure your account. You must notify pphsky support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

Account Accuracy

The name on your pphsky account must exactly match the name on your verified government-issued ID. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and others) that are registered in the same name as your pphsky account. Accounts found to contain false or misleading registration information may be suspended pending verification and, if confirmed inaccurate, permanently closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

pphsky accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay QR Ph transfers. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by pphsky's payment processing systems. Most deposits credit instantly; delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside pphsky's direct control.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. pphsky reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it is associated with suspected fraud, money laundering, or a breached payment method. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

pphsky aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to two (2) hours for GCash transfers during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside payment window hours, or requests that trigger additional compliance review, may take longer to process. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your pphsky account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be approved;
• Withdrawals will only be issued to payment methods registered in the same name as your pphsky account;
• Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied before the relevant portion of your balance can be withdrawn;
• pphsky reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance;
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the cashier page at the time of the request.

pphsky does not charge withdrawal fees for standard GCash and e-wallet transfers. However, charges levied by third-party payment providers are outside pphsky's control and may be deducted by the receiving institution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pphsky offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonuses awarded by pphsky are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and any game contribution weightings will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

Bonus Abuse

pphsky reserves the right to withdraw, void, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or making deposits solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intent to play. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended or permanently closed.

Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonuses that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been satisfied within the applicable expiry period will be automatically removed from the account balance without compensation. Expiry periods for each offer are stated in the promotion-specific terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pphsky are operated by certified third-party game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) have been tested and certified by accredited independent testing laboratories. The results of all games are determined solely by the certified RNG, and pphsky does not manipulate, influence, or predetermine game outcomes.

By playing any game on pphsky, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that game, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed paytable and the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) stated in a game's certified documentation, the certified documentation shall prevail.

Technical Malfunctions

pphsky shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, server interruptions, or connectivity issues that affect gameplay. In the event that a game round is disrupted due to a technical fault, pphsky will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the relevant game state from server logs and apply the appropriate outcome. Where reconstruction is not possible, the relevant wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

The phrase "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the pphsky platform. Players who experience a suspected technical malfunction during gameplay should contact support immediately via live chat without closing the game session if possible.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pphsky platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to pphsky's systems, databases, servers, or to another player's account;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in a game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such bugs to pphsky support promptly;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any transaction that violates Philippine or international anti-money laundering laws;
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits through payment providers after the corresponding funds have been used for wagering;
• Creating or using an account in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer games, poker, or any multiplayer format;
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the verification process.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

pphsky reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; receipt of a chargeback; suspected money laundering; violation of the one-account policy; or at the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

During a suspension, access to games, deposits, and withdrawals will be restricted. If a suspension is subsequently lifted following investigation, normal account functionality will be restored. If a suspension results in permanent closure, any remaining balance (net of voided bonuses and winnings subject to forfeiture) may be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Voluntary Closure

A player may request the closure of their pphsky account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided no compliance holds are active. Bonuses that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on pphsky.cam, including but not limited to the pphsky brand name, logo, domain, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, audio, video, data compilations, page layouts, and underlying source code, is the intellectual property of pphsky or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pphsky's Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any content on pphsky.cam; reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Services; or using pphsky's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pphsky's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pphsky, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, even if pphsky has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pphsky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pphsky account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pphsky makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pphsky does not guarantee the outcome of any game or that any particular strategy will produce a positive result.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pphsky's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

pphsky is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy online casino games as entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviours. pphsky provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pphsky account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, further wagers will be declined until the next period commences.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and pphsky arising from or relating to the Services, your account, or these Terms, you agree to first contact pphsky's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pphsky will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe stated above, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules, or to the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that is not resolved through arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pphsky with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
